Passing the security clearance

HI everybody,

I received the employment contract for a position of lecturer at HCT, Does that mean the security clearance is passed or not yet.

Also, can I get the entry visa for my self and family or I have to enter my self the UAE first then sponsor my family?

After how long you get the contract from your interview, I passed my interview before one month
