Hi
I’m Japanese who is living in Thailand.
I’d like to go to Hawaii from Thailand however state of Hawaii requires special procedure called SAFE TRAVEL PROGRAM for foreign travelers.
In Japan, Korea or Taiwan there are some hospitals and clinics which have contract with Hawaii authority but I couldn’t find any hospitals in Thailand.
Does anyone know how to get a right access to the program?

It's 'SAFE TRAVELS HAWAII'. You need to be fully vaccinated, otherwise you'll have to quarantine for 10 days.
Check out the official website:
"State of Hawaii - Safe Travels" https://travel.hawaii.gov#/
You need to register.

Thank you very much !
My friend had just sent questions to Hawaii state health care or something.
I sent a message to Thailand counsulate in Hawaii.
Waiting for the reply.

You just need to check out the website I mentioned and register. That's the only way. Contacting any consulates or embassies won't work.

Jyep

I am going to Honolulu this week, to avoid the 10 day quarantine period, you need a COVID test from a recognized "Trusted Testing Partner".  Unfortunately Hawaii does not recognize any Covid testing facilities in Thailand/Southeast Asia.

You either need to go to SFO or LAX for a Covid test (at the airport).  Look up "Hawaii testing partner" for a list
