Post new topic

Raju oman

I'm rajukurian. I worked with ministry of higher education oman before. I returned on cancellation visa last December. I booked my 35 kg cargo with "Asian cargo" from salalah to cochin.
Now 7 months passed.
No cargo no response
Friends my cargo contains beloved things mine.. close to my heart.
Could anyone guide me on my pressing grievance please....

Hi Raju oman,

It is really unfortunate that the cargo of your precious personal belongings has not reached you as yet.

What are the local representatives of the cargo company saying ? Keep in contact with them. Worst case scenario, you can put pressure on the local representatives of 'Asian Cargo' by filing a police complaint against them for not delivering your cargo in Cochin.

You cannot do much to 'Asian Cargo' in Salalah directly if you are not yourself in Salalah.

Keep on trying and do not give up.

I said you can lodge a formal complaint with the local cargo partner of Salalah's 'Asian Cargo' - in Cochin, if you are in Cochin. But, if you are in Salalah, then you can complain to the ROP,
