If am given a critical skills permit from employer from Ireland. I want to move on job with my family, is this possible? Or I need to travel alone and apply for my family after 3 or 6 months? Is there a way we can apply any join visa for family/spouse with my crtical skills from day 1 and travel together?

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

One of the features of the CSEP is the option for the CSEP holder to apply for immediate family reunification plus the option for dependants/partners/spouses to apply for a Dependent/Partner/Spouse employment permit (DPSEP) - link.

So to answer your question, yes, it is possible for you and your family to move together.

I've removed your other posts asking the same question.

Hope this helps.

Hi Cynic,

Thanks for the details. So that means that me and my family spouse/kids can apply together for Visa and travel together since day 1? Secondly, if yes below is how I should be proceeding with mine and my wife's application for process right?

My application:
What is the reason for travel? Employment
What type of Visa/Preclearance are you applying for? Long Stay (D)
Journey Type: Single or Multiple

And this is what I should apply for my spouse n kids along with my application and submit the case together?
What is the reason for travel? Join Family (Non-EEA) other
What type of Visa/Preclearance are you applying for? Long Stay (D)
Journey Type: Single or Multiple

Thanks,
Umer

Hi again.

I've never filled in one of these forms, so if you're in any doubt, phone them and ask.  Your future employer may well have done this before, so maybe a call to their HR team.

Hope this helps.

Hi There,

I moved in with my wife and kid so the answer is yes. If you have a reason for multiple reentry then by all means yes you can provide so. But you will need to have supporting evidence for the same. Otherwise, it is a seamless process. Hope this helps.

Regards,

Prado
