Unless there is a shortage of skilled manpower in your field (which I do not know - do your own research about this!) AND you speak good German (what is your level there?), your chances of finding a job in Germany are low, unfortunately.

Auto repair is not the type of skilled job that is likely to be eligible for a work visa for a non-Schengen citizen. You claim to be getting a bachelor degree; this might lead to better opportunities - if in a highly competitive field. But I wonder what a soldering expert/auto repair person might have studied?

And for over 90% of jobs in Germany, one needs fluent German and yet you can hardly express yourself in simple English. Not to be mean but one has to question your communication skills to work here; Japanese or Burmese certainly won't get you anywhere.
