I am in India now since 6 months holding a 485 Visa. Can I apply for PR from India. I don't have any experience .

You need to be resident in Australia for a number of years to apply for residency.

With that limited amount of information, it'd be subjective to answer your question.
But my first advise is trying to get yourself back in Aus.
Giving the current situation, granting PR for offshore is extremely selective.
Since I got to "no experience", I'd say "not a chance" from 485.
