Hello Friends / Experts,

I am currently in process of changing the Job and have received the new Work Authorization as well. 2nd level of Approval from Ministry of Internal Affairs is still in process.

My start date of the new Job (Local Job) is 1st Sep and last date of current job (Deputation to Belgium from India) is 23rd Aug. My current SP is valid till end of Oct.
I am planning to visit India for the month of Aug to complete my relieving process and to meet my family and will be back by 29th Aug.

I wanted to check with you guys if there could be any issue to travel during this period.

Best Regards,
Puneet

Generally, no. Ensure that you have absolutely all the required documents so that re-entry is not an issue. Plus, if you are required to do your relieving process in India, then it's a good enough reason.

Keep evidence of everything to show while re-entering Belgium, if needed.

All the best.

Cheers,
N
