Looking for 2 b-room apt/house/F-house around Lisbon with car park

I am planning to spend a month in Portugal while based around Lisbon and travel around to see different part of Portugal to narrow down my search. Any recommendation will be appreciated. I am planning to rent a car and drive at different location, what kind of tag I should get so I can travel on tool road etc. The rental I am looking with a parking spot if possible to avoid searching for a place to park after each trip
