Hi everybody Hi xtang I need a advice from you especially.
I got a new job offer
I am working in Bahrain since last 2.6years I want to change my job but my problem is my sponsor will not give me either telling him or without her consent .
If I go through my resignation letter from post office also he will not accept till now I have seen many people they got job from another company but my sponsor has not given many people transfer chance he booked a case on him or his thinking is I have called you from your country you work in my company or go to your country please tell me what to do myself a good advice thanks I am awaiting for your reply

Irrespective of whether he accepts the resignation or not, once you send it, you can then approach LMRA for transfer without consent if you have worked with current employer for more than 1 year.

Yes I have completed 1year
If my sponsor create some problems after my resignation

Thanks for your advice really it's give me positive energy really you are doing great job stay blessed.
Yesterday I have given resignation from post office should I wait for pink card or I go to lmra with post office reciept and show them reciept and offer letter and tell them to on my mobility.
