QIWA transfer - pending for current employer approval

My contract with my company ended, last July 3, 2021 and my new company has already sent 3 transfer requests and the latter is under current employer approval. but my current employer, Iqama, suddenly renewed it, and he even placed a 3 year unified contract with GOSI until August 2022, and I canceled it because my contract is only until August 2021. and I showed him the real contract I had, I told him that you were cheating GOSI as well as your race and you cheated my contract, and when I got home from the Philippines I would sue you at the agency and you would not be able to get a job with us Country.

My question is when will my current employer renew my iqama, and I have a final exit visa, is it possible to cancel it because I already have a contract with qiwa portal under his approval.

And what if he doesn't approve my qiwa, and renews the iqama valid 2022 and my final exit visa expires, what will happen to my situation?

Once your current employer issued you a final exit visa, you cannot do anything. You need to go back to your country before it expires or you will pay the penalty fee. That's the problem with qiwa, as long as you need the current employers approval you cannot do anything.

What if the visa expires

check MOI, once you have a final exit visa you cannot do anything. You need to go back to your country before it expires.

Did you back to your home country?, are you a filipino?

Ok For example, your last exit has expired, after two months and you have paid for it, so it will count again two months before it expires, and you will pay it again. Won't you be charged with the huroob of it. if you did not return home on the correct date after your current employer issued a Final exit visa? even if that iqama has not yet expired, until August 29, 2022.
