This is what I responded to beepyboop - as copy and past ; but if someone has a better idea, then he/she is welcome to express it :
"this is illegible ; seems like it is somebody'd handwriting signature ; the word, if it has meaning at all, starts with "V" and ends on "d" ; it might be "Vlad." (from Vladimir) , but equally possible it may be something else ; In all cases , I don 't think it is offensive ; I'd comment it is teenager or young person, trying to attract attention ;
if it is on you private property you may want to talk to local police - at least this is what I'd do here in Canada ;"

There are many ways to translate (if only roughly) on the web.  Sounds dodgy to me!
