Possibly moving to Tanger and we’re Looking for some advice on the neighbour Hay Nzaha (syriens), any advice on safety, proximity to shops, noise, prices (villa)

Hello , welcome to tangier .
about syrien its a good place near the Mosque syrien and near riad tetwan which was the old station of travel bus , i think its a good place where there villas in that hay nazaha and its safe place , about prices there i have no idea , you can check prices in mubawab or avito websites for real estate .
