My bad. Correction on our location. It’s Cabarete not Cabrera. We were looking there as well but ended up in Cabarete

I sell a transplant from upstate New York myself. Don't worry everyone makes it cabarete and Cabrera  mistake when they first get here. Six months are six months back I had that in mind in the beginning and I ended up only back for about 3 weeks when I booked the ticket back two weeks hey there LOL Barrett need any advice or even though anything just let me know I've been here forever 15 years but just the last few years started coming long time

About what I can expect once finalizing my purchase such as how long it took for you to get your title, lawyer fees, etc…. Or contact me directly

Hi! We put in an offer in June and are supposed to close on the property this week so will let you know how it goes.  Lawyer fee was 800 and title/other paperwork fee was 800.  Hopefully no surprises!
