Dear Brother , Iqama Expiry date does not matter if you get final Exit , All your banks and other things will be stopped automatically once Final Exit will be confirmed in System.
You will not be able to use any bank account , any credit card or any other services.

this is the only different answer i got from all the forums i have searched cos everyone is saying that i can still use my atm after exit as long as iqama is still valid

Just a friendly advice, secure a copy of your FINAL EXIT VISA because you might need it next time if you want to work in any GCC country again. And one thing more, secure a CRIMINAL RECORD CERTIFICATE because if one day you will apply a work visa to the UK, you will need it. It's hard getting this documents when you are no longer inside the country. Once you exit, your access to the government agencies website will already be denied.

Dear Brother thats why i said Final Exit means you will not be a resident citizen any more, so they will cut all the ties from you , so you will not be able to access it.

But yes if you are going for vaccation only which is called Single Entry or Multiple Entry instead of exit so yes everything will remain same if you will come on given time, if you get late everything will get suspended also same as final exit.

if you are going on final exit pls check to do list before final exit which is very important specially leaving from Saudi arabia

this answer is ambiguous. but thank you though. i confirmed with a former colleague just now who went exit three months ago, as in FINAL EXIT and she confirmed that her bank account is active until now and can do stuff thru mobile banking because her iqama is still valid until next month.

1- NOC from your current employer   Experience Certificate verified by chamber, EOSB collection.
2-House contract needs to be closed, if not registered on Ejar then take a witten paper from your aqari on his letter head that you have cleared his dues and returned the house in his acceptable condition.
3-Clear electricity bill, if not paid saudi electric will send the request to your last employer to change your final exit on Haroob means you will not be able to enter in saudi again.

6-Credit Cards/ Bank Loans must be paid and close, if you have final exit you will not be able to use it any how, and if you think you will run away then forget it as banks have recovery agency in all countries where recovery agents will find your address and their goons will come to your house to recover the money, and above all they will charge your for this recovery agency as well.
7- Sell your household items or send to your home country by cargo, in saudi each and every city have cargo companies which will come to your home to pack the things and delivery at your home in your home countries.
8-Do not leave any money in your bank account one final exit is stamped your banks access will be stopped no matter how much money you have.
9- End Of Services Benefits must be collected before you leave and try to carry cash with you, Saudi customs allows 60,000/-SAR  worth of (cash and jewelry combined) allowed to carry with you, but do check how much foreign currency is allowed to bring in your country. Carrying cash is not a good  thing but transferring big amount had high charges and conversion rates are not good which can be get in home countries.
10-Collect police clearance/character certificate which can be obtain by online request with in a week.
11- After Final Exit is given on Absher you have 59 days to stay legally in Saudi Arabia and you must leave Saudi Arabia before end of 60th day. else penalty will be charged only if immigration officer is good else he can send you jail direct to get your clearance to leave from Court.
12- On final exit at immigration now exit is applied on computer and usually officer do not stamp your exit stamp on passport so request the officer to stamp on your passport also and receive the entry stamp also on your country arrival.
13-Recieved all the loan you have given to your friend.
14- DO not give loan to any one form EOSB thats only an advice
15- Most important thing life is small so get a party from your friends and enjoy some memorable time.
