Hello everyone, I was wanting to know in the situation, where one goes shopping only to find when they get to the counter ,the price of their goods are different to whats advertised and shops will not give you the item at the advertised price only what shows up on the till, This has happened to me on several occasions here and (I'm really sick of it ) in N.Z this situation is classed as false advertising and the store is obligated to sell at the advertised price . Is their such a law here?

Nope... no such law.

Next time ask if they can give you a better price... sometimes that works.

I have had that happen to me and I just shrug it off... Remember where you are. We aren't in Kansas any more Toto...
