Contract in QIWA pending for nic approval?

hi, i have joined a company and accept the request of transfer in QIWA and my IQAMA was expired.
in the meantime i got another offer and i accepted their request also. now my transfer has been completed in the second company but the ACTIVE CONTRACT in QIWA still shows with the first company. and if i check the contract of second company in QIWA the status says "pending for nic approval". what does that mean?

and if i open that full contract in then Status says "APPROVED- Pending Employee Transfer Completion"

NOTE:- the New contract start date is 01-09-2021 (four days remaining).

Please advice what does that status mean?
