COMPLETING TRANSFER IN ABSHER BY NEW EMPLOYER

Currently my Iqama is expired and a new employer promised me a job contract and I have accepted the contract in my qiwa platform. right now in the qiwa contract service - it is showing pending nic approval what is it meant??
in qiwa transfer request - it shows pending completing in absher by new employer. I have told this to my new employer and later this they have paid my sponsorship transfer fee 4000 sar.
even after paying the fee 4000 the status is still the same.
kindly help me please solving this.

You are done. New employer has to complete the transfer in Absher now.
How many days did you wait after iqama expiry before receiving and accepting the transfer request?

Tell your new employer to go to the office of absher.

Showing to violetion but what kind of violetion not showing not showing to amount also
