Software Engineer as Private Driver :(

What do you mean what should you do?   you don't have a lot of options.

1) Try and find a job in your chosen profession
2) Continue doing the same job until you find it
3) Leave Saudi

Brother find a new job who can send you visa in pakistan, get exit from current visa and come on new visa thats the only thing possible.

Usually, companies require transferable Iqama that they avoid that hectic process of issuing a new visa.
What about the IT market here? Is it easy to get a job? I heard that they only hire Saudi Nationals.

You can not get a job in the private/government sector on that iqama.

Dear Hamza
try to understand what we are trying to explain , your iqama profession is not changeable at all you can not change this profession. So what ever job you are able to do in it you can untill your kafeel permits you. So better thing is that you search for a good company ask them you are going on exit visit and you want to come on new visa bcuz of your iqama profession, remember hiding your iqama profession will not help you. Telling the open truth will always help you.

Only good news is visa are open now for new hiring and employees started to arrive in KSA through diffrent countries so start hunting once you get a chance like that do it else sorry bother there is no solution.

Yes, any company will give you a visa if they consider you good enough.
They will arrange a visa for you and they will give the contact details of their agent in Pakistan.
And that way, you will be able to come back.
But, ask your current kafeel about it, will he give you the exit as soon as possible when you need it?
If he agrees on it, try to find a job.

What about the IT market. Is it good enough to get a job. people usually suggest me go on final exit and come again on a valid and transferable visa and then apply for a job. It will be easy then to get a job.

It depends.
Transferable visa will be expensive.
Focus on getting a job. Forget about the market conditions.
Do not try to buy that so called azad visa.
Try to find a job and get a company visa.

Hamza sorry to say but i feel that you are always looking for short cuts, every buddy is sitting in market as per your comments above you are educated IT person who BUYED so called AZAD visa for HOUSE DRIVER. why you did not think like IT personal that if they have created categories in VISA so there is a reason behind it.

SO brother stop thinking negative and work hard and keep searching and why you want to work only as an IT person, change your field like storekeeper or warehouse incharge, usually company hires for those designation by keeping your passport as a garuntee on salary range starting from 2500 to 6000 depends on your experience.
