You can find the answer I think by googling  the name of your airline and ask if they participate on e ticket,

I tried to copy and paste but I had no luck

@huddleston1 thanks, I have lived here over 2 years and have not filled out the eTicket when I return to the USA. Will do so now

Indeed, it is not an option , but a requirement, so we have no choice but to fill it out when flying either into or out of the Dominican Republic.

I'm having trouble finding the e-ticket online - and didn't see it listed above. Can anyone provide? I don't recall needing one last Aug when I came home from Canada into Santiago on American. Flying West Jet into POP this year in early Aug. Thanks

British Airways flying to Punta Cana from London Gatwick this week were distributing both the old entry form and the old white residents entry form to passengers on separate occasions to complete for arrival in DR.

All the passengers seated near me had completed the E-ticket but remarkably on the advice of the British Airways flight crew completed both the two old forms too! I told the flight attendants this was pointless and wasting passengers time but to no avail.

It is quite incredible that the main UK airline can't follow the UK Foreign Office advice and implement the DR governments requirements nor train their ground and airline staff accordingly:

Declaration and the International Boarding / Disembarking forms and can be completed via the Dominican Republic’s Electronic Ticket Portal, before your journey. Since 1 April 2021 the digital forms are mandatory, see the Viajero Digital website.

Needless to say no forms were needed by immigration officers on arrival nor was the QR code scan needed at the customs who scan all bags.

Just arrived in POP airport 2 hours ago , before you leave they take a quick glance at it  , nobody scanned it ….. but when I was getting on the flight in NY JFK they made sure you had it completed…….

When you get the notice on your phone
That says check in now ….. it’s the last  sentence in the first paragraph , make sure you have your glasses on because it’s really easy to miss…… I saw the gate attendant in NY helping people who couldn’t find it….. good luck

When flying to the US, they refused my departure E-Ticket.  Why?  I used my Dominican passport and it did not have a Visa in it for the USA.  This despite being a dual USA/DR citizen.  Duh..  So beware of that "rule" if you try to do the same.  I was directed to do another E-Ticket for leaving the DR with my USA passport number and I could depart. It was in Migracion's passport control system system immediately.

Yes I realize that when I enter the USA , I ALWAYS have to use my USA passport, but this was about departing from the DR.

On the way back into the DR I had no problem using my DR passport on the E-Ticket to enter the DR.

At POP on arrival, they scanned my E-Ticket QR code,  so they need more work on already having that in their system.

What's up with the Brit airline and it's ignorance of reality?

Was that airline causing the issue or migracion looking at it for overstay reasons?

In my opinion it is laziness by BA not checking passengers have the e-ticket completed by not having trained their staff accordingly. On departure their airline staff were ignorant of the e-ticket as were the cabin staff who had been told to issue the old paper forms. Worse still it was both the crews for the flight to Antigua and the crew that took over for ANU to PUJ and PUJ - ANU - LGW. A management failure.

Such a waste of passengers time as a result which is not that of a caring airline.
