PR rejected stating apply if their is any Changes

Hi,
My PR got rejected after 7 months, stating that  apply if their is any Changes, anyone got this experience before?

Profile- Husband PR
Me- S pass working in NUS
children- one son studying P2

This means you are not eligible now, but might be if things change.
Is your son already PR, or did you apply together with him? If not, that is the most likely reason for the rejection.
