Moving to Qatar from Bahrain

Hello expats.

I recently got a job in Qatar and my visa is awaiting medical report. My query is do I need to go to my home country (India) to get this done or I can do it in Bahrain which requires a visit to QVC (Qatar Visa center) but I couldn't find a QVC center here in Bahrain.

May I know do I need to visit qatar embassy for this? If yes, what all documents are required upon visit. TIA.
