Far to much paracetamol - and antibiotics making bacterias resistent - are used in the Philippines.

In Sweden doctors say
"NEVER self medicate with paracetamol. If very high fever, then go to doctor and let HIM decide IF using Paracetamol or not. "

Paracetamol DISTURB the work the body try to do itself to fight illnesses, so its suppoused to be used very seldom and as LAST alternative when nothing else funbctions and the fever is DANGEROUS high...

I have tried to tell Filipinos this but they go on using it to much anyway   :)

And better use garlic than antibiotics.  Garlic = "The antibiotic of the nature".
If eat together with apple, much more garlic can be eaten without burning the mouth.
I havent used antibiotics since I were kid.
(E g once I, my sister and a friend got hard sinisitus around same time. They went to doctor, got antibiotics and got well in two MONTHS,
while I ate much garlic and got well in two WEEKS...   :)
(inspite of they rested and I worked hard playing Swedish Chess Championships. Inspite of I were very ill, I reached my best result ever, although perhaps depending of me eating onions as normal people eat apples to lose up the sinisitus clugg to avoid my brain "exploded" and pinched out a plastic bag full of paper tissues per game, so I suppouse opponents got distracted and got problem to concentrate
