Permesso di Soggiorno Collection

Hi everyone. Hope you're all doing well.

In July I had submitted my documents at the Questura for my permesso di soggiorno attesa lavoro. I was patiently waiting to receive a message for with the collection date. Finally I ended up going to the Questura on 28th November to find out that there was a payment of 40 Euros that was pending from my side because of which they hadn't started the process.

On 20th December I received a message that I can collect the PDS card on 3rd February. Upon checking on the polizia di stato website, it said that my permesso is ready. I went to the Questura yet again to ask them if I could get my card. The officer blatantly refused and said that I can only come on 3rd February.

The issue is that the new permesso that I'm supposed to receive is going to expire on 16th February (I was told this when I went for my biometrics in July). Has anyone here faced a similar problem and were you able to collect your card before the appointment date sent my Poste Italiane? Any help will be genuinely appreciated. The Questura I've been appointed is Scalo Romana at Via Chopin.

Sorry to hear of your difficulties.We had no problem with ours . Had to go to Pisa initially in later November , but we’re able to pick our cards up early January in Volterra , which is only 25 minutes from us.

Please went to the questura to ask for my permesso di soggiorno which has been 4 months since I renewed , I was able to control it online now I can't. Was told to pay 40 euros at the post office do I just go to the post office and tell them am there to pay 40 euro or I need some documents

Please it's there anyone here who is familiar with questura di firenze?? Who has an idea on how to collect electronic permit of stay? Can you just go there to collect it without an appointment? What's the procedure please??
