Hello everyone.

Is there anyone here from Britain who has been through the welfare system in Malta ?

I have a job offer there but will have to generate my own income, which will take time.

Hi Clive, I do not know very much about the welfare system here in Malta.
I do not see that you will be able to recieve unemployment benefit whilst setting yourself up in business. (I am not sure if this is what you are asking).

There are many grants available for setting up a new business, it depends on what you intend to do.
