Appeal Letter to enter Singapore

just curious, which country are u staying now

I am from Philippines. I was working there last 2019. And i resigned. I go exit from Sg 2 times to Thailand last 2020. When I came back to sg, they didn’t allow me and that’s the reason. Now i tried to enter to sg and present all the documents, still they didn’t alowe to enter. They said that i need to appeal a letter.

Why didn’t they allow you to enter in the past? Did you violate any immigration rules?

Now February 2022, i tried to enter to sg and present all the documents including my IPA, still they didn’t allow me to enter. They said that i need to appeal a letter to the immigration. 😔

Did you attempt to do visa-runs (to Thailand) in order to extend your stay in Singapore - instead of going to ICA and applying for an extension there?
If so: That is a No-No in Singapore. You should, in your appeal to ICA, explain that it was your mistake, apologize and declare that you won't do it again. Then plead for mercy in their approval of your entry now.
Just sending "all documents", without clearing up the cause of your ban, will not work.

How would I know my violation if they cannot tell me? In papers they just put reason “being ineligible for the issue of a pass under current immigration policies “...? I just thought.

If they did not tell you in 2020, when you were denied entry, then you can ask ICA.
But I think it is pretty obvious, no need to ask or speculate!
