Prefabricated Houses / Montazne kuse

Hi.  I'd like some guidance on prefabricated housing companies in or servicing Montenegro. Does anyone have personal experience building with any of these companies? I'm curious to know about reliability,  pricing,  quality etc. Thank you.

Deesoundm,

As answered to your DM :

As far as I know, last time I checked with local urbanism administrations, these were not allowed in the coastal areas (only classic reinforced concrete constructions are allowed - due to high anti-seismic norms).

So you could probably build one as a "temporary structure" but I doubt you would be able to record in the land registry and gain residency with this.

For the mountain areas where wooden constructions are allowed,  that's probably ok.

Someone can maybe confirm (or not) what I say.

I'm curious as well. I've seen houses that look like log cabins (prefabricated) for sale on the coast, but most of the ones I've seen are in the mountains. I would also like to know if this building stipulation is indeed true. I think we need an architect to help us!
