spass still now rejected

i am working work permit in Singapore ,already checking s pass qualification check in portal,it is qualified .   but applying other company s pass , applying 14 days after rejected(quota issue),  once rejected after re applying (appeal) in new employer, they show me appeal successfully,appeal 8 working days after i checked the online status still now rejected on previous date, because  i asking can approve on  s pass or not ,when it change it bending ,any issue have? still now working work permit because can changed s pass? please with your clarification ,

Your post is very unclear and full of grammar and punctuation mistakes. So it is difficult to understand what you actually want. Please correct if the following is based on wrong assumptions:
Your S-Pass application was rejected due to lack of quota. The employer appealed.
Did they address the issues (i.e. make space for you in their quota, by firing another foreigner or hiring several more locals)? If not, the appeal has no chance - and you should look for another job.

They show them my appeal status, because 6days after I checked in mom portal, but still now no change, only for show  submitted date also old date, because you are clarification with me, how many days after can change the bending status, please inform me
