How can I get the NHRA license

Kolawole Fadahunsi is my name. I am a practicing Physiotherapist in Nigeria. Please how can I get licensed to practice in Bahrain and subsequently get a job. Is it possible to get a temporary license to practice in Bahrain?

Dear,

Please note that to get NHRA License it is different.

The following documents are required for new license applications:

1. Offer letter from prospective employer

2. Dataflow\Quadra Bay report: (Verification of ALL qualifications, full experience, and license)

3. Good standing certificate from licensing authority of last country of practice (should not be older

than 6 months)

4. Curriculum Vitae (C.V)

5. Copy of attested education certificate

6. Copy of valid passport

7. Passport size photo with white background

So Basically you cannot get a license unless you have an offer letter with an employer. based on the designation there might be online test by NHRA.

Once you have everything they will issue No Object Certificate to LMRA in which they can apply for your visa.

Once you land in Bahrain and have got your ID Card they will apply for NHRA License and after you get the NHRA ID Card, You are only allowed to work in that designation.

Reality Check

1) Most of the employers look for someone who are already in Bahrain and have NHRA License ie - Working for other hospitals.
2) In very rare cases they will be looking to take the effort and apply for all these procedures who is outside Bahrain.

Goal - Look for an employer who is looking to hire Physiotherapist and ready to do all the paper work for new NHRA License.
