I have worked in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar totally for 20 years i have gone through various medical tests. This is first time i did a GAMCA medical test . Now I got an opportunity again in Saudi Arabia.
I did my first GAMCA test for Saudi visa and they said i have Antibody HCV : 1.6, I was shocked. So i did went to External diagnostic centre and did my test the result was 0.06 (Elisa method). I took this report to GAMCA centre and showed he agreed for repeat sample now it showed: 1.2 . GAMCA doctor said you can’t goto gulf.

Later i did again totally 3 test on ANTI HCV from external reputed hospitals results were : 0.06,0.04 & 0.04 (Elisa & CLIA) And later also did HCV RNA PCR method and even it mentioned NOT DETECTED (Negative).

After a month a selected another centre in a different city, here the GAMCA doctor first ask "Where are you from?", then " Why you came to this city so far", then "Who told you to come to this Centre" then " Have you did your test previously in your city", Finally he says " Here in this centre also Anti HCV is 1.4”.
Later he referred to my city to a different GAMCA Centre to give a blood test  for ANTI HCV there after 8 days.
Now i again second time I did a HCV RNA PCR method from a different reputable hospital and this time again its Negative (Not detected)
GAMCA centres are showing positive whereas external centres showing HCV Negative results also the 2 RNA PCR is also negative.
PLEASE GUIDE ME HOW TO PROCEED, And WHY IN GAMCA CENTRES IS 1.6, 1.2, 1.4 WERE AS EXTERNAL HOSPITALS ITS NEGATIVE 0.06, 0.06, 0.04, 0.04

To keep a long story short, unfortunately, GCC countries will only rely on GAMCA center tests.   Personally, I would be suspicious of results from a private hospital as they don't have stringent protocols like GAMCA to prevent sample contamination etc.   Your only option is to keep going to GAMCA and then trying to convince with the other results - however, you will have the same problem in KSA in country medical should GAMCA let you through.

@gul2089

Did you able to find any solution for the issue?

i also gave my GAMCA medical.

HCV value is 0.47 in GAMCA centre. They want to retest again in 15 days with suggestion of dietary and lifestyle changes.

And in other reputed hospitals and labs the value 0.08 and 0.06.

Please help me how to proceed further with this issue?
