Hello guys, I’m a Singapore fresh graduate and trying my S pass for the first time. My S pass was invalid after 5 days of submission. I asked my company and they said they will try to Appeal for me. But they didn’t share the info for the rejection. May I know will it be okay if they said they will try to Appeal? They said they got 2 quota available. They recently apply S pass for another candidate a week ago before my application which got approved after 4 days. Is this possible that I got rejected due to their quota issue or my education background or no working experience. And if they appeal, how long does it take S pass to show pending again or will it be showing invalid until S pass approved?

There are many potential reasons why your S-Pass could have been rejected. Please read related forum discussions to get an idea what might have applied in your case!

I got my S pass rejected twice before i have been successfully granted. The

first application was due to insufficient quota as only confirmed local staff accounts for it.

The second time was not having the job advertised  on my career future.

My employer appealed for me after the closing date of My career future and it got it approved after 5 days of application.
