Btw - The post I wrote is a summary of a book I got approved by an AMERICAN-Spanish publisher company many years ago,  which I suppouse is a sign of my English isnt as bad  - when I bother when it is important - as some ignoranrts claim repeetingly.  I suppouse they claim such BS by they dont understand whats important AND haventmanaged to correct me even a single time about Phils inspite of they claim I am wrong often!!!

@Cherryann01 I just want to say a few more things about this thread.  I consider myself a fairly intelligent person, even though it really doesn't matter how smart you are, it is your actions that define your intellect "stupid is as stupid does".  Also, yes I abused my self physically and mentally, but I quit smoking and drugging before I retired...drinking not just yet, but in my defense I have cut down drastically. I disagree with everyone who posted negatively towards Cherryann01.  His closing paragraph wasn't negative at all.  He commended people who retired young stating that they would reap the benefits more because of their youth and that's 100% truth. The rest of his post was just about his thought process concerning retiring and all the ramifications that come with it!  Again, he was spot on (just because he's right, doesn't mean he's right).   I've learned that some truths are subjective and apply to certain situations and circumstances.  For instance, the insurance actuarial's don't lie.  Insurance is big business and they don't base their risk assessments on chance.  Massive research has proven that the older a person is when they retire, the sooner they die..irrefutable by the massive research accumulated.  Usually, when a male (this doesn't apply to females) retires after 63, he will die within 5 years.  Further research has indicated that when a person loses their "sense of purpose" they tend to die earlier than they normally would.  Now to get to the point, I believe, based on the many, many books I've read and research I have done that, it is very, very, very important to have a strong sense of purpose when you retire..probably more important than anything else.  Now that's my opinion and I'm sticking to it!  Now, this to Cherryanne01, I am 63, I am type 2 diabetic, have neuropathy in both feet, was blown up in "Desert Storm" while serving in the US Air Force and as a result incurred a spinal injury that caused me to loose functionality of both legs for over a year and resulted in my addiction to morphine and other super strong analgesics.  I didn't give up and regained the use of my legs through physical therapy which took almost two years and have serious back pain since then.  However, I still walk 2-6 kilometers every day,  I still believe your only as old as you think, which helps a lot and I have an unshakable sense of purpose.  Furthermore, despite the pain and physical limitations I have, I am having the best time I've ever had in my life with my new wife and I place that I will never, ever be able to explore in it's entirety before I die.  As my wife would say "Aja" which she claims is the Korean word for fight, so I say "Aja" everyday until I die!  Boo Yah!

I dont know about other tribes than the two I have contact with, but these two are much better than common malay Filipinos.  (But as I have said there are SOME good malay Filipinos too.)

I had a bit contact with the other tribe earlier, but I got the contact and recomendation from an American concerning them I have business together with. He had hired first malay Filipinos and got very disapointed and then hired this tribe people several times for his business projects and got very satisfied..

@whackerdog123 Love the post and I am so glad you are having the best time of your life. My thoughts were just that, thoughts. The odds do not lie. Of course looking after your body, being active and having a healthy mind are important and will prolong the aches and pains for some years.

The simple fact though is, get 200 people in a room together, 100 from the age group 65-80 and 100 from the age group 35-50, put one table in front of each age group and tell them all to put their meds on it. Which table will have more meds on, simples.

It was in one of the OTHER biger sports I did COACH two clubs from bottom to Swedish Elite... I dont tell which sport where crap people as you can see it, because it would make it to easy to identlify me.  If any want to try, you at least need to work some to get to know

@Enzyte Bob I agree completely. The problem with Coach though is that he is not capable of apologising, taking any constructive advise or changing his thinking on certain subjects.

He accuses us of claiming he is often wrong and I know I have never done this. Most of the answers he gives are too long winded for me to find the relevant point he is trying to make and because of his atrocious spelling and grammar, I simply do not have a clue what he is talking about some of the time. I would probably have more luck understanding ancient scrolls found in a dig in Egypt.

Perhaps depending of  foreigers living inside guarded subdivisions without realy meeting common people, dont get to know much about life outside 

while I more or less daily get info from DIFFERENT types of Filipinos from DIFFERENT regions...
