Situé dans la municipalité de Samaipata, en Bolivie, vous profiterez d'un climat très agréable et de beaux paysages. House and small property for sale

We are an American family trying to sell our house and 1 hectare of property. Located in the municipality of Samaipata, Bolivia, you'll enjoy a very comfortable climate and beautiful scenery.

You can grow just about anything you want in this climate.

There is a small orchard...mostly lemons and avocados. We have strawberries and raspberries growing well...and delicious grapes and maracuy. Then there is a stocked pond with carp (fish) and a large tank with tilapia. There are also several working and very busy bee boxes. There are several electric and barbed wire fences dividing the property into sections for grazing animals.
