On the balcony, the sun shines from 08:00 to 16:00, making it a perfect spot for breakfast and coffee. During the weekends, it's ideal for socialising with friends or relaxing in the hammock on the balcony or in the mutual garden. The house is efficiently structured, providing us with a bathtub, an additional guest room with a workspace, and a living room with an open kitchen, a large dining table, and a comfortable seating area.
