Italian consulate in manchester

Hi, I am trying to book an appointment at the Italian consulate in Manchester to apply for my Codice Fiscali and my electronic I’d card however every time I try it states that the service is unavailable. I have been trying for about a month now. I have tried London but they keep saying I am with the Manchester Consulate. Any advice? Thanks

The Consulate in Manchester has an e-mail address (manchester.cie@esteri.it), try contacting them that way.
