Birth certificate of newborn baby

My wife delivered the baby on august 30.08.22. I went to salmaniya after 5 days to pay the charges, but when i apply for birth certificate they said my marriage certificate was not attested. So i went to indian embassy and got it attested. Due to some reason i was not able to go to hospital again. On 07.11.22 i went to hospital to submit the affidavit then next day i went to cpr office in isa town to get the birth certificate. But they said since i have passed 60 days they can’t give me the birth certificate. They gave me letter in Arabic. I have to submit a case at court. I don’t know what to do, can anyone help me
