They're actually bank etc cards, and Shopee is offering a way for anyone to top-up these popular money cards. "Maya is powered by the country's only end-to-end digital payments company PayMaya Philippines, Inc. and Maya Bank, Inc. for digital banking services."

So, in this case they are offering their SMS eVoucher service to allow you to send a peso top-up to any Maya account with 500 peso for 40 peso. So, seems like maybe a handy thing to enable anyone to top up anyone's Maya card for under US $1.00 wouldn't you say matey?
