I am Nisha PR holder from 2007. Am working here from 2017. I resigned my job and went to INDIA on march month 2022 and got married in may 2022 and came back with my husband on September 15th 2022 and apply LTVP for him , I don't have payslip for last 6 months so I never upload the payslip. After 6 weeks they ask us for payslip I don't have that and I upload the before March one and it got rejected. Now I am working and getting SGD 3000. What can I do now? If there is any way to appeal it.

You may choose to appeal but curious, despite being a PR, your spouse who you wish to secure an LTVP for, will not be gaining employment on LTVP- with a 3K salary, how will you both survive for now?

I think the bigger issue here isn’t your 6 months old payslips, but the overall income to sustain in SG which may be a blocker

I second Shekhz: S$3000/month is below the threshold to get a visa for a joining relative (which is S$6000/month for DP and an unpublished but not much smaller number for LTVP). It is also too little to survive as a couple.

I thus recommend you change your plans and e.g. let him seek employment in Singapore.

i think maybe its the salary which is the reason for rejection. i second beppi as your husband to find a job here instead
