Need help with Talent Visa, our family is worried now...

I came to Paris with my wife and 3 year old son, 3 months back for a Job with long-stay talent Visa, however it was valid until 23/11/2022 so that we can enter the country and register for longstay 4-year visa on https://administration-etrangers-en-fra … nscription

My workplace assigned a "Relocation Company" to take care of visa related stuff. It took about 1month for us to find resident address and then the relocation company created an account on above site for me requesting the longstay 4-year visa.

Relocation company mentioned that as soon as my account is created by the prefecture, the account for my wife can be created and once we both have valid visa, my son's visa can be requested.We waited more that 1.5 months but unfortunately prefecture created my account on 22nd just few hours before our visas expire and my visa is temporarily extended by 3 more months until the decision is given.

With my account relocation agent tried to create account for my wife but it errors saying that her Visa is Expired!! My wife is 6months pregnant and not in a good shape for a air travel too :(Can anyone help me, what will be the course of action, can we remain to stay in france or should we head back?
