Spass appeal status

Dear all

my spass application was rejected 22 nov(status-invalid your application has not been approved, please talk to your agent). reason was due to the carelessness of Agent on Fair job consideration frame when he applied for my pass. (unmatch job offering and salary) The boss said he will do appeal for me but the status still remain the same till date.

Question is i read some forum and topic that if he really appeal for me the status suppose to change back to processed or pending within a few days right?


and its a small company with first time hiring forienger.

the boss himself also dont have the confident that the appeal will success and advice me to start looking for a new one. Please advice if i found a new one the current appeal application need to be withdraw before applying a new application?

An appeal without removing the rejectio reason has no chance of approval.

And, as we have stated numerous times, you can only have one ongoing application at any one time.
