My wallet got stolen in Rome metro station when i was on my way to the airport to travel to Turkey. I noticed it way after and i had to leave Italy. I have a receipt of my new application card, will they let me in the border with the ricevuta of the new one and the copy of the lost one? In any case, my stolen permesso card is expiring on March 30th. After that day, even if its expired, do i still need to have the physical card with me before the new one arrives? Thank you
