Hi. Can somebody help and to translate for me video, voice message from Morocco to English privat? I think my friend not honest with me. I think was laughing at me with his friend.

Well delete it then! If you're uneasy and feel that he's laughing at you, plus sending you a voicemail in Arabic or French when he knows you don't understand either should be red flag, surely!
