Inquiry Regarding D7 Visa Category Application

I am a shareholder of a company, and for the past two months, I have started to take my dividends as passive income. I would like to know if I can use this income to show proof of passive income for my D7 visa category application, or if I need to wait for 12 to prove that I have received dividends in the last 12 months before the date of my visa application submission.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with the necessary information regarding this matter as soon as possible so that I can proceed with my application accordingly.
