Buying/renting a car

Hello,

I am looking at staying in KSA for hopefully a few years.

What advice can anyone please give with regards to buying a car?

I don't really want to be left with a car that I'd have to sell.

Do they do a finance or rental type thing in which I pay a fee each month but can then hand the car back when I'm ready to leave KSA?

What are the average prices of this and does it usually include insurance?
