Digital nomad visa Bank account

@all Thank You for having with such nice expat with shared knowledgeable experiences. I want to know if any body recently got digital nomad visa. Does their bank account or one year deposit asked by any vfs consulate? Or it’s not necessary. I already have NIF. Kindly advise . Really appreciated and Thais all expat at this forum.

@gfahmed The information you are looking for is all right in the link below. All you need is 3 months to 4 months bank statement. No information about 1 year deposit anywhere. Hope this helps.

@joePT1 Thank you for reply. I got understand, just one little thing more to know if don’t mind. I couldn’t explained well my question. Sorry ,

if anybody been asked by vfs for bank account in Portugal having one year deposit when submitting application in vfs or consulate. it’s not mentioned in requirements check list but I heard some people been asked for Portugal bank account with one year deposit.

That is a requirement for other types of visas, such as D7, where the income is passive, hence the bank deposit. The visas for digital nomads have an active income associated.
