Does anyone know if it is normal practice for Moroccans to write a will?

I have bought a house with my Moroccan partner and want him to leave it to my children in his will.

I think as we’re not married he can’t leave it to me?

@Sal23 he can leave the house to anyone he wishes in his will including you. If the children are his he needs to make sure the pay are registered in his family book if he has one.
