Try İstiklal Caddesi balo sokak. There are some irish bars and pubs. You can find also some lessons I guess.

Hi Maria! My name is Catharina, I recently moved here to Istanbul and I'm also trying to find irish dancing classes in Istanbul but havent found anything yet. Did you have any luck?

Maybe ask in dance school like depo dans in taksim, maybe they know some adress school with this discipline.
