The renewals are very fast now I heard.

Only 2-5 working days.

First time application can take longer time as reviewing documents and engaging a vetting agency to do the verification can take 4 weeks or more.

For existing pass holders, result would be much faster but again depends if you submit a new certificate or documents then it may take longer.

So, waiting for 10 days is not that long. Good luck
