Do you mean reconnection of an existing supply

OR

a new connection to a new build property

I would suggest contact with EAC and the Municipality in your location

I viewed a property on line , that is incomplete and needs some finishing work , also it states that electric and water will need to be connected . The apartment for sale is in Paralimni.

Best to get in touch with the utility providers.. you don't say if the cabling etc from a mains subststation and a junction point for water supply to the villa exists .. am assuming it doesn't .. so I would think the utility provider would need to visit survey it and the plan to do the work ..so it's not just financial matter but a timing/timescale matter .... Assuming full planning permissions and permits have been obtained.... And that the supply route is possible without complications ie access
