I will travel in June to Lisbon after I get my D7 visa. Will have to stay at least 6 months. Can any one advise for a good Cell Phone Plan with say 25GB per month and local calling.

I think so, but you have to ask the telco. These plans are always updating.

@aimof you'll have to stay more than 6 months if you want to have your 2nd permit renewed. The 6 months is the time you can be OUT of Portugal, not the other way around.
