Relocation baggage certificate

We are to relocate from Ireland tot Portugal shortly. My wife has an Irish passport and mine is a Uk passport. We are travelling by ferry from Roslare to Bilboa in a van and car with our household belongings. We are reading different stories re the need need of a baggage certificate but are of the opinion we don t.. Can anyone confirm or advise further. Thanks

Being in the EU you have the freedom to move your stuff without having to deal with portuguese & spanish customs.
